This Crawlspace had a vapor barrier improperly installed by a previous contractor.  The contractor had installed a  6 mil plastic to the sill plate rather than fastened and sealed to the foundation wall below the sill plate.

Cellar Crawlspace Encapsulation System

These are pictures of a crawlspace cellar recently encapsulated by Indiana Crawlspace Repair.  We were able to slide the liner under the well pressure tank and dehumidifier.

The drainage and sump pump in the cellar was upgraded to prevent water from standing or flooding like it was before.

A drainage grate was installed at the door opening of the cellar to facilitate water to the drainage system installed under the encapsulation liner.
